Pastor Bill & Brenda have pastored since 1971 and have served at 4 churches across 3 states. Currently, they are serving at City Church as associate pastors alongside of Pastor Johnny and Karen. Pastor Bill oversees the seniors (Young at Heart) ministry and facilitates the school of ministry.

Brenda is the supervisor and bookeeper for the City Kids child development center which is located on the premises. Her giftings are in intercession, teaching, and administration.

Pastor Bill and Brenda have 4 children and are the proud grandparents of 7.
